This sponsorship aims to support the following Educational program(s), with the education grant for FIVE persons, each amounting to CHF855 Swiss Franc to cover the registration fee of 5 registrations of either:
AO Spine Online Course—Principles Endoscopy (3-5 Dec 2022), OR
AO Spine Online Course—Advanced Endoscopy (8-10 Dec 2022) per application.

Please also be reminded that if you are awarded sponsorship for any meeting, a reimbursement request has to be submitted within SIX MONTHS from the date of meeting but not later.
