Welcome Message from the President
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd Annual Meeting of the Endoscopic Transorbital Society (ETOS), to be held on November 14–15, 2025, in the dynamic and iconic city of Hong Kong.
Following the remarkable success of our inaugural meeting in Salerno, Italy, the ETOS community has grown rapidly, with surgeons from an increasing number of countries joining our mission. The transorbital approach, once seen as a novel alternative, is now becoming a recognized and essential technique in the neurosurgical armamentarium. ETOS remains at the forefront of this global movement—promoting safe practice, scientific advancement, and educational exchange in endoscopic transorbital neurosurgery.
Hong Kong, with its unique blend of Eastern tradition and Western innovation, is a fitting venue for this year’s meeting. As a crossroads of culture and commerce, it mirrors our society’s vision—to connect diverse perspectives, foster international collaboration, and drive the future of minimally invasive skull base surgery.
This meeting will provide a vibrant forum to share state-of-the-art surgical techniques, present original research, and discuss the evolving role of the transorbital route in managing complex cranial pathologies. Most importantly, it will be a celebration of how far we’ve come and a collective step toward where we’re heading.
On behalf of the ETOS leadership and the organizing committee, I warmly invite you to join us in Hong Kong for an inspiring and enriching experience. Together, let us shape the next chapter of transorbital neurosurgery.
Warmest regards,
Doo-Sik Kong
President
