[SPONSORSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT]

Dear Members,

The Society is inviting application for the sponsorship for the following events:

1)

Event: 19^th Congress of World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (WFITN), 11 – 15 October 2026 in Busan, Korea

This sponsorship aims to support THREE members, receiving HKD10,000 to cover the following:

-            Round-trip economy flight ticket,

-            Registration Fee &

-            Accommodation

2)

Event: The 2026 Asian SEEG Course, 13-15 November 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

This sponsorship aims to support ONE member, receiving HKD10,000 to cover the following:

-            Round-trip economy flight ticket

-            VISA application fee

-            4 nights’ accommodation

The sponsorship application should be submitted to the Secretary by 23 September 2026. The application form and Guidelines for Training Sponsorship can be found at https://www.ns.org.hk/news.

Please remember that if you receive sponsorship for any meeting, a reimbursement request must be submitted within SIX MONTHS from the meeting date.
