Sponsorship Opportunities for the 11th Academic Congress of International Chinese Neurosurgical Sciences

Dear Members,

The Society is inviting members to participate in the 11th Academic Congress of International Chinese Neurosurgical Sciences  (第十一届世界华人神经外科学术大会), taking place from 14-12 September 2025 in Changsha (長沙).

The Society will sponsor up to THREE members to attend, providing HKD2,000.00 each to cover economy flight tickets, accommodation, and registration fees.

Sponsorship applications should be submitted to the Secretary by 29 May 2025. The application form and Guidelines for Training Sponsorship can be found at https://www.ns.org.hk/news.

Please remember that if you receive sponsorship for any meeting, a reimbursement request must be submitted within SIX MONTHS from the meeting date.
