Sponsorship applications

1)     Stroke Management Workshop

        Date: 9-11 October 2024        Venue: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

This sponsorship aims to support the above mentioned educational program, with the education grant for TWO members, amounting to HKD13,300 to cover the economy round-trip airfare, 2-nights’ accommodation & meals.

The application should be made to the Secretary on or before 30 August 2024. The application form and Guidelines for Training Sponsorship are available at https://www.ns.org.hk/news .

Please also be reminded that if you are awarded sponsorship for any meeting, a reimbursement request has to be submitted within SIX MONTHS from the date of meeting but not later.
