[Sponsorships] ASEN (1st Asian Pacific Society of Endoscopic Neurosurgery) Meeting & APA INTENSE

Dear Members,

The Society is inviting applications for the sponsorships for the following events:

1)

Event: ASEN Symposium 2025, held in Seoul, Korea, 6 November 2025.

This sponsorship aims to support ONE member, receiving HKD9,100 to cover round-trip economy flight tickets, accommodation & meals for 2 days.

2)

Event: ASEN (1^st Asian Pacific Society of Endoscopic Neurosurgery) Meeting & APA INTENSE (Interactive Training for Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery) Workshop 2025, held in Seoul, Korea, from 7-8 November 2025.

This sponsorship aims to support THREE members, each receiving HKD14,400 to cover round-trip economy flight tickets, 4-nights’ accommodation, and meals for 4-days.

All sponsorship applications should be submitted to the Secretary by 8 October 2025. The application form and Guidelines for Training Sponsorship can be found at https://www.ns.org.hk/news.

Please remember that if you receive sponsorship for any meeting, a reimbursement request must be submitted within SIX MONTHS from the meeting date.
